Barb Dehn is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience caring for women at every age and stage of life. She earned her BS in Nursing from Boston College and her Nurse Practitioner Masters Degree from the University of California, San Francisco.
Previously, Barb was an assistant clinical professor at San Jose State University and was a guest lecturer for Stanford University’s Physician Assistant Program. She is a certified menopause practitioner by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) and a fellow in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Her book, The Hot Guide to a Cool Sexy Menopause, won the NAMS media award. She is on the editorial board of the Journal of Women’s Health, HealthyWomen.org has published several peer-reviewed articles, and is an in-demand speaker on menopause and other women’s health topics at national conferences.
