What is Your Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy?

What is Your Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy?

If Nurse Barb needs to reschedule:

Though rare, there are times that emergencies arise and as a healthcare provider, I will need to reschedule your appointment.  I will provide at least 24 hours advance notice via phone and/or email to notify you and work toward rescheduling your visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

I understand that there are times when people miss appointments or need to cancel at the last minute for emergencies or obligations for family or work. However, this can prevent other women from having access to needed healthcare, which is why I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling.

For patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or who did not notify my office within 24 hours, there is a Cancellation/No Show fee” of $75.00.  In the event of an actual emergency, when prior notice could not be provided, consideration will be given and a one-time exception may be made.
